I'm Shay
I’m a mama to two sweet girls, homeschooling by day and chasing golden light with my camera in the in-between moments of this beautifully busy season of life. My love for photography started when I was just a kid, eventually leading me to study film in college. Somewhere along the way, I sold my camera to move to Hawaii, where I met my husband—proof that life’s best moments are often the most unexpected.
Motherhood brought me back to photography when I was gifted a camera, and I quickly fell in love with capturing the raw, fleeting beauty of parenthood. But my passion doesn’t stop there—I adore documenting love in all forms, from the fresh excitement of young couples to the deep, timeworn connection of the golden-hearted (because love only grows richer with age). And of course, I find magic in everything in between.
Whether it’s the quiet intimacy of a newborn session, the laughter of a family adventure, or the enduring love of a couple who has spent a lifetime together, I’m here to preserve your story through a lens of warmth, light, and authenticity.
